Part time nanny needed in E9 to start in May hours to increase to full time

We have an 18-month son and another baby due mid-May.
We are relatively open to a start date from May onwards and happy to explore the options of having someone 3-5 days a week. This would need to increase to 4-5 days a week once Mum goes back to work late-Spring 2024.
Our son is currently at nursery 4 days a week which might drop to 3 in September. The nursery is just a 10-minute walk from our home. We would like some help with drop off & pick-ups as well as looking after him on any days off. He loves to be outside; in the park, swimming, visiting the library, playing with trucks – so we’re looking for someone with an adventurous and energetic personality.
Working hours, we think 4/5 hours a day could work to start with. A mix of morning & afternoon sessions eg:
8am-12/1pm (Nursery drop off and baby/house help)
1/2pm-6pm (Baby/house help, nursery pick up and tea for Rudi.)
We would love some help with the new baby when it arrives, but we don’t expect specific maternity experience – just some help with feeding, changing and playing, which can all be taught over time if it’s new territory!
We have a cleaner once a week, but we would really love some help around the house, helping with the laundry/washing up/tidying/shopping and cooking (if possible.)
We would say we have a relatively relaxed parenting style, but we have always had a routine for our son which has worked well – so plan on doing the same with the new arrival.
We have not had a nanny before, and we would really love to find someone who can become part of our family for many years to come, so please get in touch if this feels like the right fit for you
